The prices for customers vary between 120,- and 180,- € per hour (depending on the complexity of the project). All prices have an additional 19% value added tax.
Attention: For Saturday operations there is a surcharge of 50%. For assignments on Sunday as well as for assignments on public holidays a surcharge of 100% applies.
A prerequisite for the remote support is a working internet connection. Phone support is available via classic telephone (German landline or mobile), Skype, Facetime, or directly in TeamViewer.
Remote support appointments have to be organised beforehand by phone or email.
Within Berlin a travel flat rate of 30,- € is charged in zones A and B, for zone C a travel flat rate of 40,- € is charged.
Prices for travel expenses outside Berlin will be arranged individually.
